Charlie Kirschenmann - Owner & TEch guru

Charlie, Owner of Rogue Tech Pros, has been working in IT and Customer Support for over 15 years. He has had the opportunity to work alongside many professionals in small local repair shops, Managed Service Providers, County Offices, and international software companies. Charlie brings a dedication and passion to technology and seeing his customers taken care of.

He is passionate about community, serving on a nonprofit board and multiple committees with the Downtown Medford Association, helping rejuvenate Medford’s downtown core. As an active member of both the Medford and Eagle Point Chambers of Commerce, Charlie supports local organizations by helping them leverage technology to expand their impact. His commitment to fostering local business growth won him Rookie of the Year and New Member of the Year for the Medford Chamber.

Charlie grew up frequently visiting the Rogue Valley from his home near Lake Tahoe. It was an easy transition to move up to this beautiful place. He, with his wife and his two kids, have called the Rogue Valley home for several years now. Together, they enjoy gardening, exploring new adventures, and making core family memories.

Whether it’s helping a business with IT, supporting local nonprofits, or simply being there for his family, Charlie’s passion for making a difference in the Rogue Valley is at the heart of everything he does.

Kristal Nehf - Admin Jedi

Meet Kristal! At Rogue Tech Pros, we’re beyond excited to have Kristal Nehf as our Admin Jedi! As the owner of Rogue Roots Solutions, she’s a pro at bringing order to chaos and making businesses run like a well-oiled machine. With her sharp eye for efficiency and a no-nonsense approach, Kristal keeps us on track with transparency and accountability. She’ll be handling everything from client emails and phone calls to wrangling A/R and A/P, and optimizing our workflows—all so we can focus on what we do best: Keeping I.T. Simple!

Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Kristal is a devoted wife, mother, and Gigi. When she’s not working hard to improve our business, she enjoys camping, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family. Kristal  brings her administrative expertise to Rogue Tech Pros, where she helps optimize business, and assist with daily operations  ensuring efficiency and success.

Chris Reinhardt – Tech Ninja Apprentice

Chris comes to the Rogue Tech Pros team with a lifelong passion for technology and a strong background in customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work. After years of working in manufacturing, logistics, and operations, Chris brings more than a decade of experience troubleshooting problems, working with complex systems, and finding practical solutions in fast-paced environments. Technology has always been an area Chris has been passionate about, and joining Rogue Tech Pros represents an opportunity to turn that lifelong interest into a career. As a Junior Technician, Chris enjoys learning new technologies, helping customers overcome technical challenges, and developing the skills needed to grow within the IT field.

Known for being dependable, curious, and willing to tackle a problem from every angle, Chris brings a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset to every job. He is excited to continue learning from the Rogue Tech Pros team while helping provide the reliable, approachable technology support that the company is known for.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father who takes pride in providing for and spending time with his family. He enjoys getting outdoors, especially hiking and fishing, and has climbed Mount McLoughlin twice alongside his wife. When he’s not outside, Chris enjoys playing games, relaxing with his family, and making the most of the time they have together.

Our phone systems are incredibly comprehensive while at the same time astonishing fluid. Whatever you need the phone system to do, we can very likely do. Changes take effect immediately!
